We Deliver

Rotary parts with diameter from 5 to 250 mm with maximum length of 350 mm.
Non-rotary parts up to (mm): 400 (width) x 800 (length) and 300 (height).
Complex parts via 5-axis manufacturing.
Processing of provided stocks – casts, forgings and weldments.

Software

We provide design and processing via CAD/CAM software:

Graphical outcome in ZW3D.
Technology design with online CNC output in GibbsCAM.

We can also process your 3D models in other formats. For example .step, .igs.

Our Metal Fabrication

Top Quality Machine Tools

We use high-precision turning and milling machines from HAAS (USA). We also deploy turning multitasking machine tools Nakamura Tome (Japan) suitable for complex production.

High-quality surface finish

We can provide high-quality surface finish. Our processing capabilities includes degreasing, pressure washing, anodized aluminum, galvanizing including curing, heat treatment, laser marking and thermic deburring.

Production Capacity and Delivery Dates

We can provide both serial production and small batch production. Our delivery starts with 21 days. We can also handle an urgent delivery.

Latest materials and technologies

We can process steel, chromium-nickel materials, and non-ferrous metals. We focus on aluminum alloys and stainless materials.

We achieve production with IT6 high precision and high-quality surface finish.

Attention: We do not provide welding processing. We can only process weldments you provide.

Quality Control

We ensure quality via gauges Mitutoyo , Mahr, Sylvac and Tesa. Our measurement center is equipped with TMS Mitutoyo CRYSTA 574 Plus, altimeters Mitutoyo and Sylvac, roughness measurement tool Mitutoyo.

Produced parts are accompanied with measurement report. Our company is a proud holder of certification ISO 9001:2008
